Texas/North Carolina.

I'm leaving for North Carolina this week, and as you can see from the map it's going to be one hell of a road trip (aka: long ass drive). But yeah, I'm excited about the drive, road trips are always fun and with Lundy it's never a dull moment.

Lundy is moving to North Carolina to start school, so we decided to make this move our vacation/fun road trip. This trip is our last hurrah before we both get serious with school.

I've never been to North Carolina but from everyone I've talked to they all say it's a very beautiful place so I'm excited to visit.... after all it might be my future home : )

BEAUTY ITEM OF THE MONTH.

I stumbled across these lip balms while looking for a lip stick to wear in Ulta. I'm always on the hunt for the perfect neutral lip color for my lips. So far I was unsuccessful UNTIL I found Palladio's Tinted Lip Balms! They are perfect if you don't like wearing lip sticks (LIKE ME) or don't like lip glosses (LIKE ME), they are very nourishing and add that perfect amount of color to you lips.

These lip balms are GREAT for summer, especially if you're looking for lighter makeup. They are 3.99 at Ulta, so very inexpensive. I'm wearing Golden Pink (2nd one above) at the moment.
